There are two NAD+ nasal spray listings we track, and they sit $29.99 apart: Arc-1's prescription spray at $149.99 and Real Peptides' 1000mg research spray at $120.00. The price is the least interesting difference between them. Access, consultation, return terms and what the label permits all differ, and those terms decide what you are really paying for.
This page compares the two types of NAD+ nasal sprays on their respective terms, with no extra information added. As such, wherever information was missing in their entries, it remains so in this comparison.
The table below holds every term each vendor publishes for its spray. Where a vendor states nothing, the cell says so.

Because Arc-1 does not list a strength, a per-mg comparison between the two is not possible. The Real Peptides spray comes to $0.12 per mg of listed content.
Arc-1 is a service that issues prescriptions through telehealth, so you get the spray after doctors approve your online medical intake. A compounding pharmacy then prepares the product and it is shipped to you.
Per the listings, what the $149.99 covers is the doctor-assisted process and a pharmacy-prepared spray. The limitations which Arc-1 itself notes are a monthly subscription model and little data available regarding the nasal route of administration. The second limitation is unusual honesty shown by a seller in its statements without the intention of understatement.
Compounded does not mean FDA-approved. A compounded product is made for a patient under a prescription, without going through the approval process a branded drug faces. Our page on whether you need a prescription covers how that path works.
The Real Peptides spray can only be purchased for research purposes, with a label stating that it is not intended for human use. There are no instructions or recommendations provided by the seller, which is in line with FDAβs definition of research materials.
What you get is a high listed content of 1000mg, a needle-free spray format, US stock and a third-party COA. The vendor's own listed downside is the higher price point compared with its vial. The NAD+ Peptide (Multi-Dose Vial) costs $60.00, half the spray's price, but no vial size is published, so we cannot say which is cheaper by the milligram.
The quoted price is just the initial stage, as the pricing strategy, delivery terms, and refund policies will all affect the final amount. Here are three instances in which shoppers miscalculate:
Our cost page runs the same math across every NAD+ format, including injectables.
Useful checks differ based on the product being inspected, whether medical services or laboratory reagents. The checks we perform on arrival for research aerosols are based on three criteria: the lot number on the bottle, if the lotβs certificate of analysis is issued for that batch, and whether the fill level and seal are intact.
That last check comes from vendor feedback. Real Peptides holds a 4.2 out of 5 Trustpilot score from 85 reviews in the last 12 months. Praise centers on fast support and quick replacements, and complaints include leaking or under-filled liquid products and mislabeled vials. A liquid spray is exactly the format where leaks show up, so photograph the product when it arrives.
For the Arc-1 spray, the checks are about the service: who the prescribing physician is, how the subscription is cancelled and what the 30-day return covers. Ask before you pay. If you are unsure whether NAD+ is a good idea for you at all, talk to your doctor first. Neither product is an FDA-approved NAD+ drug, and the nasal delivery page explains what is and is not known about the route itself.
Discounts shown are real: the vendorβs own sale price, or how much cheaper per mg a product is than the average of the vendors on this page.
